Women of Faith Infinite Grace Conference 2008
Last November, eight of our women attended the Women of Faith Conference—Amazing Freedom that was held in the Jobing.com arena. Friday morning and afternoon, we attended the pre-conference event in which author Beth Moore shared her thoughts, life, insight, and laughter with us as she led our time of Bible study and talked about her faith journey. That evening and all day Saturday, we were treated as several leading women authors and speakers spoke from their hearts and shared about how their faith had been challenged, deepened, renewed, and restored giving them Amazing Freedom through God’s grace. One woman was a comedienne, and she had us laughing so hard, tears rolled down our cheeks—at least, they were rolling down mine! At times, the music energized you and, at other times, left you quietly seeking God in prayer. Those who attended opted to get seats on the lower level of the arena which was accessible to wheelchairs as we had two of our party in wheelchairs. The price of the tickets for the two day event also included box lunches for both days. Being held in the arena, there were all kinds of food stands around, including Starbucks and ice cream stands!
This year’s conference—Infinite Grace—will be on November 21 and 22.
FRIDAY’S PRE-CONFERENCE (from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) “I Second That Emotion”—“Do your feelings have you tied in knots? You’re not the only one! Join Patsy Clairmont [she’s a delight!], Anita Renfroe [the comedienne I spoke about], and Jan Silvious for a day of laughter therapy and solid biblical teaching on understanding your emotions. Learn to enjoy your rich emotional design with perspective from God’s Word, on what to do regardless of how you feel. Bring your tangled wad of emotions with the anticipation of smoothing a few out.”
FRIDAY EVENING (7 to 9 p.m.) AND ALL DAY SATURDAY (9 a.m.-5 p.m.) “Here’s the thing about God’s grace: We can’t earn it. We don’t deserve it. But it’s OURS because God freely offers it to us. He lavishes us with grace. RELAX! Join us and learn why you can stop trying so hard. Come and see what it can mean to rest in God’s amazing, unequaled, Infinite Grace!”

Early Bird registration prices are good up to September 12. We can purchase tickets for just Pre-Conference , for just Friday evening and all day Saturday, or for everything from start to finish. We can buy tickets as individuals, or if we go as a group (10 or more), we get discounted tickets.
Last year, there were women from all over Arizona in attendance—in addition to all those from out of state! We laughed; we cried; we sang; we cheered, and we were filled by God’s loving and gracious Spirit! Won’t you join with us this year?? Mark your calendars now for Women of Faith Conference—Infinite Grace on November 21 and 22.
